  1. Current priority for pMTCT is to ensure that we can accurately report our prevalence rates.   Our problem indicators to be addressed are listed below and current code is posted for review:

        - No. of infants aged 5-8 weeks tested

        - No. of infants aged 5-8 weeks tested positive

    2) No. of infants aged 8-10 months during the report period (9 month weaning PCR)

        - No. of infants aged 8-10 months tested

        - No of infants aged 8-10 months tested positive

    3) No. of infants aged 18-24 months during the report period (18 month ELISA)

        - No of infants aged 18-24 months tested

        - No of infants aged 18-24 months tested positive

    4) No. of infants who are exclusively breastfed

(= any infant less than or equal to 12 (question)  months during the report period and current feeding method on every encounter = breastfeeding with no other feeding option.

    5) No. of infants who are exclusively formula fed

(= any infant less than or equal to 6 months during the report period and current feeding method on every encounter  = formula feeding with no other feeding option.

    6) No. of infants aged 24 months or younger during the report period

        - No. of infant deaths during first 2 years of life (infant mortality rate)
